Cancellation terms

The conditions for cancellation of a permanent tourism transaction in section 14 (c) of the Consumer Protection Law are as follows:

In a remote sale transaction, the consumer is entitled to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of the transaction or receipt of the document containing the details of the disclosure, whichever is later.

In addition, cancellation of the transaction is possible only if the date of canceling the transaction is within seven days that are not rest days before the date of service.

In the event that the transaction does not meet the criteria of a “remote sale transaction”, the terms of cancellation of the binding transaction are within 14 days of the date of the transaction or receipt of the document containing the details of the disclosure, whichever is later.

Cancellation of the transaction is possible only if the date of cancellation of the transaction falls within 14 days that are not rest days, prior to the date on which the service is supposed to be given. Otherwise the conditions for cancellation of the transaction are the conditions that were determined and delivered to the consumer under the contract of engagement with the merchant.

Check-in/out time – is no earlier than 16:00/and no later than 11:00 and is completed at the apartment.

Cleaning – will be charged separately ($60 per stay)
There is an additional 3% fee for payments done via credit card

Parking – You need to go first to get the remote control and keys in the apartment. When your stay ends and get ready to go home, make sure to park your car outside the building and leave the remote and the keys of the apartment back on the table.

Payment – Rental fee is collected in full in the day of your arrival.

For arrivals after opening hours or the Shabbat/Jewish Holiday, (Friday evening to Saturday evening) the payment should be done before your arrival. We will send you the access codes and instructions after receiving the payment.

Before you arrive at the apartment complex, you must first come to the office located at HaHavatselet St 19
To check-in and pay your stay after that the receptionist will give you the number of the apartment and the code to access at the apartment
